CECDS688 — Communication Derailed
In this class, participants will learn how to exchange feedback with peers, friends and even managers in a way that encourages mutual respect and understanding. Participants will engage in a game, Communication Derailed, that allows them to explore the pitfalls associated with poor feedback and experience the positive results of effective communication and feedback.
