This program will help participants understand the importance of nonverbal communication or body language; identify the positive and negative aspects of nonverbal communication; know the best body language to use when dealing with clients, peers and managers; communicate more effectively with different personalities; persuade other people and gain cooperation; improve communication in public speaking situations.
