4.5 Credits To truly understand Spanish, one must be comfortable speaking it. This course develops the skills needed to hold a beginning conversation in Spanish. Readings and video presentations on Spanish-speaking culture and civilization are used as topics for class conversations. The class is conducted entirely in Spanish and emphasizes conversation, reading, writing, and comprehension. 5
