REES2120 — Real Estate Sales and Marketing
4.5 Credits Students will learn concepts related to selling and marketing in the real estate field. The course revolves around ways to market oneself properly as a real estate professional. The course explores the principles of market research, data analysis, and market segmentation, which are applied to teach a more efficient salesperson. Topics include target marketing, technology uses, researching markets, finance, laws and ethics, and ways to understand how to serve clients. 5
