MFGT2320 — Facilities Operations II
4.5 Credits This course introduces students to skills generally required for entry-level employment in a steam power plant. Topics include boiler theory, boiler design, boiler components and types, combustion systems, boiler accessories, boiler operation and maintenance, steam turbines, condensers and cooling towers, auxiliary steam plant equipment, and environmental control systems.
