MDST2980 — MDST Externship
6.0 Credits Students practice and perfect the didactic, psychomotor, and affective domains. Students also engage in activities to prepare for the (AAMA) National Medical Assisting Certification Exam. The experience will remain parallel in content and concept with the material presented in the didactic and classroom laboratory sessions. Note: The Fall Cohort will complete this course during summer. The Spring cohort will complete this course during the winter quarter. Each cohort must obtain a grade of C or better. Students will obtain a certificate of achievement upon successful completion of this course and other program requirements. 0 Internship Hours: 0.0 Clinical or Practicum Hours: 18.0 Course
