4.5 Credits As this course builds on competencies learned in Legal Research and Writing I, students will locate, read, analyze, and apply the law to case scenarios using organized research and analytical writing methods used by legal professionals. Emphasis is placed on ethics and professionalism in research and writing, including adherence to deadlines. 5
