4.5 Credits Students are introduced to organizations and the role that information and information systems (IS) play in supporting an organization’s operations, decision-making processes, quality management, and strategic activities. Course topics include management of the IS function, strategic and regulator issues of telecommunications, and ethical and legal issues.
