INFO2005 — Mobile Device Repair
4.5 Credits Students demonstrate proper procedures for customer service, privacy and security. Students inspect, diagnose issues and perform basic repairs on mobile devices with a focus on smartphones. Students also prepare and submit proper documentation on workflow tickets. In addition, students demonstrate safe and proper usage of tools used for mobile device repair. Students will be prepared to take the Wireless Industry Service Excellence (WISE) Tech Level 1 Certification exam.
