Through experiential learning, students integrate evidence-based behavior change theory and methods to partner with clients to find sustainable and accessible forms of movement, explore fitness data, and use tracking tools to support positive behavior change. This course empowers future allied healthcare workers to use a collaborative approach to facilitate and promote physical activity.
