HDIM2030 — Performance Improvement and Creating Databases
4.5 Credits Students investigate peer review in healthcare and the components of quality management programs in healthcare organizations including quality/performance improvement, utilization management, risk management, safety, and credentialing. The course then moves one step further with students learning and creating databases using Microsoft Access. 5
