ENTR2060 — Entrepreneurship Legal Issues
4.5 Credits Students will explore legal issues related to business entities. Students will review contract law, articles of incorporation and the filing process, intellectual property, employment law, personnel policies and procedures, the hiring process, job descriptions, disciplinary actions and business insurance.
