12.0 Credits Students are introduced to emergencies involving neurological, endocrine, hematological, immunological, renal (GU), gastro-intestinal (GI), and obstetrical (OB)-gynecological (GYN) body systems. Students will recognize neonatal, pediatric, geriatric, behavioral, toxicological, and infectious disease emergencies. Advanced anatomical-physiological and pathophysiological concepts will be expanded through lecture, lab, field, and clinical experiences.
