CRIM2020 — Legal Issues in Corrections
4.5 Credits Criminal justice students are introduced to an overview of the critical issues of correction: to include the key correctional issues of changing goals within corrections, working with a diverse group of correctional offenders, and reentry concepts. Students also learn about the legal controversies of managing sex offenders, mental health offenders, and the elderly. 5
