ACCT1050 — Survey of Accounting
4.5 Credits Students learn the basics of accounting, covering the purpose of accounting, debits and credits, recording transactions, the accounting cycle, financial statements, and basic payroll. Additionally, students apply the basics of accounting through use of QuickBooks software. Note: Business and Accounting degree seeking students should enroll in ACCT 1100 rather than ACCT 1050.
