Fluid Power Technology
Learn to maintain, troubleshoot and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems used across manufacturing sectors including automobile, aerodynamics and defense. Earn a general certificate in less than a year while qualifying for an on-the-job apprenticeship. Credits are transferable toward an associate degree in Applied Technology for those pursuing a fluid power engineering bachelor's degree. Courses offered through the Advanced Technology Department include Pneumatics Technology Fundamentals, Industrial Hydraulic Fundamentals, Electro-Hydraulics Technology, and Mobile Hydraulics Technology.
