ECHS-1550 — Family Child Care Management
(formerly ECHS-1560) ECHS-1550 focuses on adapting the home to assure a safe, healthy learning environment, planning multi-age routines and activities, and developing positive child guidance skills. It emphasizes record keeping, menu planning, program marketing, as well as meeting state regulations and standards for National Association of Family Child Care accreditation. Students will complete 6 hours of observation. (3 billable contact hrs)
