5 credits This course focuses on currently applicable technologies and how firms gain competitive advantages by embracing and adapting RFID, bar coding, sorting, picking, and track and trace technologies into their supply chains. Uses examples from retail, pharmaceutical, defense, manufacturing, and logistics industries.
