PUBH301 — Public Health and Global Health Fundamentals
5 credits This course will introduce students to key concepts and essential services of public health and global health organizations. Students will learn about the history of public health in the United States and globally and about the role that public health professionals play in improving the public’s health. The roles and responsibilities of governments and non-governmental organizations in the U.S. Public Health System will be contrasted with those in other countries.
