GAME150 — Character Animation 1
4 credits This course introduces students to computer-generated character animation in Autodesk 3D Maya. It focuses on learning the traditional 12 Principles of Animation, as well as understanding the basic technical process of rigging and applying animations to a digital skeleton in Maya. Students will practice these foundational principles of human motion in a series of animation assignments designed to develop their skills at bringing digital characters to life in video games and film.
