FSE315 — Professional Relationships and Communication in Funeral Service
5 credits This class explores business and interpersonal relationships in the funeral service profession. Students develop the skills to relate to and communicate well with employers and colleagues, bereaved families, and the community at large. Students also develop a resume, make oral presentations applicable to funeral service, and practice empathic communication. Prerequisites: CMST& 220 (or equivalent) and admission to the BAS in FSE program Course
