6 credits This lecture and clinical course is a continuation of DHYG 252 Dental Hygiene Theory and Practice I . This course covers preparation, assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation, and practice management in the dental hygiene profession. The concepts of teaching, learning, and problem solving (critical thinking) are integrated into clinical practice. New skills and procedures are practiced on mannequins and classmates. Prerequisites: All Quarter 2 DHYG BAS courses Corequisites: All Quarter 3 DHYG BAS courses Course
