5 credits This important class serves two key roles in preparing students to join the global art world. Students will tabulate significant advancements in art history, especially as it applies to commercial art and illustration. During this tabulation of art history, artists who have been historically unrepresented or underrepresented will be distinguished and their impact on contemporary art audited.
