YPRO 7269 - Primary Line Grounding Program YPRO 7269 - Primary Line Grounding Program This course will instruct lineman students how to install proper grounding equipment, understand the reason for grounding, the conditions for grounding, and why voltage tests are needed. This program will instill the knowledge that grounding is a safe practice and should be implemented before work begins.
