Courses present technical instruction for the trades and are intended to complement on-the-job (OTJ) training requirements. Each trade has a Joint Apprenticeship Training Committee (JATC) or a Trades Apprenticeship Training Committee (TATC) that outlines the procedure to become a journey-person.
