ST 231 — Surgical Technology Clinical Practicum II

Further develops the student’s practical skills by allowing them to function more independently as a surgical technologist in a working operating room. Students are always supervised by a qualified preceptor. Students are required to complete competencies and work a specified number of hours during the term in preparation to sit for the national certification exam.

Prerequisites: ST 213, ST 230
