SPN 215 — Spanish for Heritage Speakers II
This class is the second part of a three-course sequence specifically for the needs of Spanish heritage speakers. The main goal is to improve their reading, writing, grammar and speaking skills, while fostering critical thinking and deepening their understanding and appreciation of Hispanic cultures in the world and within the United States. All classroom interaction occurs in Spanish. Required: Spanish native speaker or heritage speaker (grew up speaking Spanish at home); completion of Spanish for Heritage Speakers I or instructor's approval.
