HIS 102 — History of Western Civilization II
This course offers a survey of the political, economic, cultural, and social development of Western Civilization since 1660. Topics include Absolutism, the French Revolution and the Napoleonic Era, the Age of Liberalism, Nationalism and Socialism, the Industrial Revolution, European Imperialism and the rise of Totalitarianism, World War I and World War II.
