BDM 208 — Construction Management Internship

This course examines the practical skills required by an effective construction manager/ field supervisor through an onsite construction internship. This internship will provide students with the opportunity to integrate and apply skills and knowledge taught throughout the program. Students will work with their instructor and site supervisor on projects and perform various tasks associated with construction project administration including record keeping and documentation, material and logistics, budgeting, labor planning, and other duties necessary for successful project completion. 12 (15 laboratory hours).
