WELD 230 - Intro Gas Metal & Flux Cored Welding WELD 230 - Intro Gas Metal & Flux Cored Welding Introduces the concepts and operating principles of gas metal arc welding (GMAW) and of flux cored arc welding (FCAW) including safe use of GMAW and FCAW equipment, basic repair, and set up on carbon steel. (PCS 1.2, 3 credit hours - 1 hour lecture, 4 hours lab)
