NURS 160 - Nursing Health Assessment NURS 160 - Nursing Health Assessment Considers the development of beginning health assessment throughout the life span. Emphasis is placed on physical assessment skills with application of clinical reasoning to these skills. The nursing process will be used to assist in the assessment of the client. (PCS 1.2, 3 credit hours - 3 hours lecture, 0 hours lab)
