MUSI 131 - Basic Music Theory MUSI 131 - Basic Music Theory Introduces music fundamentals including: notation, meter and rhythm, scales, keys and intervals. The course is open to all students but is required for students who seek credit for applied music, unless they can demonstrate in a proficiency test satisfactory knowledge of the course content.
