MATH 131 - College Algebra MATH 131 - College Algebra Presents algebraic and graphical solutions of linear and non-linear equations and inequalities and their applications; functions and graphs; ratio, proportion, and variation; theory of equations; algebraic functions; logarithmic and exponential functions; systems of linear and non-linear equations; matrices and determinants and their applications. Integrates graphing calculator technology into the learning process. A graphing calculator is required for this course. Check with the College Bookstore or the Mathematics Department for recommended models. (PCS 1.1, 4 credit hours - 4 hours lecture, 0 hours lab)
