ECOL 134 - Native Plants in the Landscape ECOL 134 - Native Plants in the Landscape Provides knowledge about the sustainable use of native plantings in both large- and small-scale landscape construction. Covers a broad array of topics including local ecology, plant adaptations, identification, classification, restoration ecology, and landscape design. The course will be of interest to students pursuing a degree in natural sciences, horticulture, or ecology as well as naturalists and landscape professionals.
