AUTO 253 - Hybrid Electric Vehicle Technology AUTO 253 - Hybrid Electric Vehicle Technology Course covers Hybrid Electric Vehicle (HEV) safety, battery systems, internal combustion engines, drive systems, power electronics, and hybrid supporting systems. Course prepares students and/or practicing technicians for ASE L3 certification examination. (PCS 1.2, 2 credit hours - 1.5 hours lecture, 1 hour lab)
