KINE 1112 - Aerobic Components, Experienced KINE 1112 - Aerobic Components, Experienced A course designed to further improve cardiovascular fitness, through aerobic exercise. This course will consist of regular aerobics, step aerobics, and cardio kick-boxing. Correct techniques, nutrition, and hydration will be emphasized.
