HRPO 1493 — Special Topics in Organizational Behavior Studies
This course applies communication and management theory along with contemporary research to understand messages in corporate, nonprofit, and volunteer organizations. Prepares the students to think critically about their organizational experiences and use theory and experiential practice to assess and manage communication processes, including supervisor-subordinate communication, conflict, and cultures.
