FIRT 1353 — Legal Aspects of Fire Protection
Summarize basic criminal and civil law; discuss relevant tort law; and describe state and federal legal systems as they relate to the fire service. (This course covers the study of the rights, duties, liability concerns, and responsibilities of public fire protection agencies while performing assigned duties.)
