PFFT 109 - Introduction to Fitness PFFT 109 - Introduction to Fitness 1 Credit Hour(s) / 2 Billing Hour(s) Introduction to Fitness is designed to introduce general fitness and wellness concepts to students. With supervision of an instructor, students will develop and participate in exercise plans tailored to their individual needs. This course features flexibility of attendance and modular teaching. Semesters all, Spring, Summer Students may attend at the Downtown or West Campus Fitness Center. Cannot be taken during the same semester with PFFT 100 , PFFT 101 , or PFFT 102 . Students must log into D2L and complete a course orientation and orientation quiz before their first visit to the Fitness Center.
