MKTG 229 - Public Relations MKTG 229 - Public Relations 3 Credit Hour(s) / 3 Billing Hour(s) This course provides the student with a working knowledge of the theories, techniques, and processes of public relations, including means of influencing methods of building good will, analysis of media, obtaining publicity, and implementation of public relations programs. Students will learn the importance of cultivating key relationships with media personnel, writing press releases, and crisis management.
