Course content focuses on the internet and its culture and procedures from a marketing perspective, and will include using the internet for customer contact and customer service. Focus areas include, but are not limited to, understanding digital tools such as Canva, Search Engine Optimization, AI and ChatGPT, Boolean, and Google Analytics. This class uses extensive hands-on activities.
