Fundamental procedures for routine patient identification, patient education, communication, standard precautions, aseptic techniques, infection control, venipuncture, and vital signs. Emergency patient care procedures are studied. Examination of the impact of a patient’s beliefs and culture on health care. CPR/BLS certification included.
