CPSC 230 - Algorithms and Computing w/C++ CPSC 230 - Algorithms and Computing w/C++ 4 Credit Hour(s) / 4 Billing Hour(s) This course develops students’ skills with using fundamental computational techniques required for continuing study in computer science. Students design, implement and test C++ programs to solve a wide range of problems. Topics include program development, functions, control structures, text file operations, data types/classes, recursion, STL string/vector classes, arrays, pointer variables, and algorithm analysis. Object orientation and data abstraction/information hiding is emphasized. Semesters all, Spring, Summer 0 in ( CPSC 101 or CITP 110 ) and Minimum 2.0 in MATH 151 or concurrently Placement Scores: Reading Level 5 and Writing Level 6 Course Note: None
