CPAR 251 - Chronic Care in the Community CPAR 251 - Chronic Care in the Community 5 Credit Hour(s) / 0 Billing Hour(s) This course introduces students to the management of chronic disease states commonly encountered in the community setting. Students will obtain an understanding of treatment and assessment modalities which will enable them to provide safe and efficient patient care. A valid State of Michigan Paramedic license is required through the end of program. Semesters all Prerequisite(s): Admission to the EPiC Community Paramedic Program is required Placement Scores: Reading Level 5 and Writing Level of 6 and Math Skills Level 10 (College-Ready with Support) Corequisite(s): CPAR 250 and CPAR 252 Course Note: None
