CIVL 131 - Traffic Technology CIVL 131 - Traffic Technology 3 Credit Hour(s) / 3 Billing Hour(s) This course introduces basic principles of traffic engineering design, signing and pavement marking, traffic signalization and how these elements are used to improve motorists’ safety. Emphasis is placed on the use of these devices in and around construction zones. Basic concepts on traffic flow and capacity analysis will be presented.
