KIN 1D — Swimming IV - Competitive

Activity Class: Development of competitive level aquatic swimming skills and knowledge, as recommended by American Red Cross, NCAA and CCCAA. Emphasis on development of the four strokes: Freestyle, Backstroke, Breaststroke, and Butterfly in preparation for competitive level swimming.
