PPRO94 — Project Management Simulation
This one-day simulation is for project managers preparing for certification, certified project managers seeking PDUs, or professionals responsible for managing projects who want to refresh their skills. This learning event provides a bridge from the typical classroom teaching to the application of learning and is a great follow-up to our project management series. This course provides a case study-based project simulation that allows you to experience real-world application of project management techniques taught during our Essentials of Project Management and Advanced Project Management courses. Using case study and team-based simulation techniques, we emphasize the real-world application of project management techniques, from project kick-off to close out.Add this class to the end of any of our other project management workshops to further develop your project management skills.
