PPRO69 — Application of Communication
You will examine the role of communication in building relationships, managing conflict, delivering performance feedback, and engaging in dialogue. Specific tools are introduced to improve communication in each of these contexts. You will deliver feedback that produces the results you desire by using trust and self-disclosure to build relationships and improve the effectiveness of communication. This interactive session provides many hands-on opportunities to practice and develop these communication skills.
