Supervision is not a responsibility to be taken lightly and yet many people find themselves in the position with little or no advance preparation. In this workshop, you will be provided with an overview of the “people” skills required of successful supervisors. Topics covered include motivation, problem solving, performance management, successful meetings, harassment in the workplace and legal/organizational concerns.
