PPRO13 — Master Planning of Resources
In this course, students will explore the sales and operations planning process used to develop forecasts and production plans. By utilizing methods for integrating sales and operations plans, demand forecasts, and customer demand, students will learn how to help businesses create an achievable, specific master schedule consistent with growth objectives and resource constraints.
